DELIVERY

 All products sold on our website are shipped from our offices in North Vancouver, British Columbia to you via Canada Post . As such, all of our products are subject to their times and prices. For more information, check out their website here. Please find below a breakdown of the three primary delivery methods we use to get you vaping in no time.

 Every shipping option comes with a tracking ID so that you can see the journey your package goes on before getting to you!

 Orders are shipped once they have completed processing, once an order has been shipped, you will be updated on that shipment with a tracking ID.

 

Note: The prices on each of these services may differ depending on the overall weight and size of the package, subject to terms and conditions of Canada Post. Check out their Rate Calculator for a rough estimate of postage prices for shipping in Canada and around the world. Regular Post

This is the most cost effective way of shipping. Delivery can take up to 3-10 business days, depending which region you are in.

Xpresspost

Xpresspost is the most commonly selected shipping option, depending on where you are located in Canada, Delivery can be from 3-4 business days, depending which region you are in.

Priority

Priority is quickest shipping option if you are wating your package right away, delivery can take up to 1-2 business days, depending which region you are in.

Regular post : 3-5 Business days

Xpresspost : 2-3 Business days

Priority  : 1 Business days

National Shipping Time in Transit

Regular post : 7-9 Business days

Xpresspost : 3-4 Business days

Priority  : 2 Business days

RETURNS

 Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand new condition. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our expert customer service team who are standing by to help you find the perfect vaporizer. Should you require a return/exchange, please see our Returns Policy below.

Orders Returned Within 30 Days

Any/all items purchased from Dryherbvape.ca   and/or any of its affiliates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Item(s) must be in original, brand new condition.
  • Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Any glass damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.
  • Buyer must understand and agree to a 20-50% processing fee for items that have been opened or have broken seals. Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees up to 50%. This includes parts and/or accessories.

Dryherbvape.ca reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange. You must have an authorized RA number for all returns or exchanges. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RA number. The RA number must be written on all sides of the packaging that the returned item is being shipped in. If you have any further questions, please contact us. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return process. We strongly recommend you insure your package(s) and/or purchase delivery confirmation, as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. Non-standard shipping services purchased by the buyer in relation to the original purchase, including upgraded and international shipping, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

You may expect your refund or exchange to process within two (2) weeks of the delivery date to us, assuming the above conditions are met; this includes credit card and money order refunds and exchanges shipped out. This return policy is only available to customers in Canada.
